LUIS OLVIERAS, SA is a company located in Olot, in the Garrotxa region which is well emplaced near the Pyrenees for the production of artisan cured products. For over 75 years we have been producers of high quality cured sausages, favoured by special conditions of our privileged geographical situation.

Our beginnings were in 1933 when Luis Oliveras and Rafael Hostench founded the company. They were able of building up a business in very difficult times and were pioneers in the production techniques of high-quality dry sausages. These origins marked the image that LUIS OLIVERAS, SA has in the domestic and export market: a leading firm and a specialist in cured sausages.
